Getting parsed thread externally

Hello

I was making a site alongside the forum, and was working hard making some kind of way of adding news and installing all these wysiwyg editors when i thought, why dont i just use the forum and get the posts from there

external.php's RSS doesnt retain fonts etc.

Is there a way to get the first post of the latest thread from a specific forum, and then parse it into html.

I will also be greatful for any other workaround
