Creating controlpanel for custom usergroup

I'd like to know if it's possible to create an own controlpanel for custom usergroups, similiar like the mods and admins got.

Or, perhaps also creating a controlpanel for an user-ID only?

Does someone already got experience with?

If you want to usergroup, use the function is_member_of. You can also just create your own login system but check it against the user table for your forums.
