Add Table to Paid Subscription Page?

I'm trying to add a table to the Paid Subscription page that shows the users what they are going to get for the money. HTML code for the table should be easy, but where do I inject the code? I'd like it to appear above the space where you can actually sign up for the different subscriptions.
