Need help with server permissions

I am having troubles with some php permissions.

The first error that is coming up is:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/newreply.php on this server.



Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is when i or other members are using the PM system, and some posts, but not all.

The second problem has come up after installing Cyb - Paypal donate.
I get this error when trying to get to the hacks control panel.

I firstly changed the Chmod, that made no difference.

Please help as i cant install hardly anything.

Check if your server has a too tight configured mod_security installed. Check your webserver logfiles for more information on the real reason.

Cheers, i went over to vb.com. They gave me some code to add to the htaccess file.

Fixed.
