install

1-) Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-vBH-thread_rules.xml from your computer then press 'Import'

2-)open the newthread templates

Go to your admincp->vbulletin options->thread Rules..

Hey this is real nice...

Would you consider in a future version to add "per forum" rules for some of us who have a forum with special rules?
