vBulletin 3.6.8 Patch Level 2 WILL NOT INSTALL
 
I CAN iNSTALL 2.6.1
BUT NOT 2.6.5
I even used the 2.6.5 files but the 2.6.1 product and it worked
vBulletin 3.6.8 Patch Level 2)
What wrong

Like I said I can instal and uninstall 2.6.1
But I can not upgrade to or new install 2.6.5
There is no message it just freezes
