What is the best way to modify your reputation settings?

Right now, everyone starts out with 10 points. They get +1 power for every 50 posts, every 180 days they are registered, or for every 10 points of reputation they receive.

They also can not give reputation until they have 20 posts. So once they make 20 posts they would have 2 reputation power.

I don't know if this is best though. What do you guys use as your reputation settings?

Our forums don't use membership duration to increase rep, only increased by member awarded rep. I think we also start at 10 and increase power at increasing wider increments so that the higher the rep gets, the longer it takes to advance further.

How do you increase it at wider increments?

I went into adminCP and under the "user reputations" option menu, open user rep manager and you can set them manually.
