How to display a text only in FORUMHOME?

I want to edit the navigation part of the navbar (Forums > Main Category > Main Forum > Thread) so that it shows a custom text on FORUMHOME (index) instead of the usual navigation, and function normaly in the other parts of the forum.

Is that possible?
