Hi there, goes to Admincp - Usergroups - Usergroup Manager - Open one Group to edit - On Title put= <font color=#BCD2EE(your color) size=1><B>Name of group</font></B>
Repeat on Description and User Title.

On Username HTML Markup Put= <B><span style="color: #BCD2EE">Your Color on first box, and second box put </span></B> i hope help, Best regards.
