"New Post" notifier thing
 

I have already modified this in the past, but i cannot seem to find where this setting is.

Basically, its the setting that controls the little icon on the index page next to the forum sections, that, in the default section, change from a little blue bulletin board, to a little bulletin board with an orange paper in it.

The setting controls whether or not this should be done automatically, or by default, you have to double click the icon.
