Users cannot edit attachments?

I'm having an issue where users who have uploaded attachments cannot delete and reupload attachments to the same post.

Essentially, they want to upload a new version of the attachment (new release), but they cannot. They are given a permission error:

Quote:

do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Any ideas?

I've checked User Group permissions, Forum permissions, attachment

Did you look in vBulletin Options > Message Attachment Options > Allow Deletion of Attachments Beyond Edit Time Limit ?

No I did not, but that part is set to Yes. I've just enabled duplicate attachments. I wonder if that might be causing the problem?? However, they aren't getting the error message that they have already attached that image like you would get...

Any other ideas? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for helping.

I'm a bit confused what you mean about attachments on database or folder? Can you please go into a bit more detail?

This is the fault of a bad modification: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...57#post1404557

Uninstalled the mod and all is good now.
