Using RRS from another site and auto posting onto mine?

I just saw a vb forum where one section was dedicated to RSS from another site. The other site would get updated, and on the forum it would auto post a thread and msg and have a link back to orignal source. Anybody know how to do this or link to plugin that can do this?
