Ad management question

Hey so i downloaded and installed the ad management program, and i have 3 ads that i want to be displayed in a rotating order at the top.

I went into the ad management settings, went to header and navbar, and read some of the things.

It says that if i want to have them rotating, then i need a delimiter in between my three ads.

can someone be kind enough to tell me what to put in between my three ads to make them rotate?
