Single Sign On and User Activation

hi,
I'm developing a website that contain CMS(PHP-based) and vBulletin 3.6.8 and I would like to make user sign in in one of the above only(No need for two sign in actions in CMS and vBulletin).
i've already done with with registration(Automatically create vBulletin user when user's register on my site).
also if it possible that someone give me a code to activate vBulliten user when he/she activated in my site.
