bbcode broke after upgrading chatbox
 

hi guys,

ok just made two minor changes to my system: 1) upgraded my chatbox, 2) made forum viewable to public instead of requiring membership.

except now oddly all bbcode is broken. bbcode is on for users, but for some reason i'm seeing tages surrounded with [] instead of links / images etc.

any idea what could be wrong?

i noticed another issue. in my admincp settings i see under bbcode settings that "allow link bb code" is deselected. if i check it, hit save, it saves fine but reloading the page shows that the mark is still unchecked. what the...?
