Well, in forum rules its default that you have to be 13 years or more to join.
People just simply lie about birthdates.

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options > Enable COPPA registration system?

I worked it out. Just had to edit a few .php files and hey presto - done! :)

Why? Would it not be easier to simply select the option "Deny registration for users aged under 13" via the COPPA Registration System? (as previously suggested).

lol, that is what i was trying to tell him but i guess he did not understand, all good thow it is always fun to work on vb anyways.
