Uploading custome avatar/ image
 
Heya! , Is there an option that allow me to do this ? If i just want to allow that option for uploading either image, or avatar . I don't want to allow the second option where ppl upload pic to the site's sever. How can i only allow option 1 and disable option 2 ?

Want to allow this :
Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website

Want to disable this :
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer
