Protection against refspoof?

Hi!

Is there a way to protect my site from the Mozilla add-on Refspoof?
I have a problem with abuse from users who use this add-on to pretend that they've originated from my site (clicked on a URL on my site) to get somewhere, when they haven't.

Any help would be REALLY apreciated! :)
