This is the same hack as this one of mine, with the following differences:

• Now fully supports removing votes from multiple choice polls (the user doesn't need to remove each one separately)
• Now updates the number of voters
• Fully tested with vB 3.6.8

This will probably work with vB 3.5.x as well, but I haven't tested that.
I preferred to stay away from automatic template modifications in this one, as admins may want to put it at a completely different place, or even make it a button, so its easier this way. Also I didn't have the time to write something I don't need.

There is no new screenshot, as there is no change on the frontend. If you need one, check out the older hack's screenie.

Don't forget to click "Mark as Installed" if you use this.

As hard as it is to believe, vb4 still doesn't have a way to change poll votes! I sure hope someone can update this one soon.
