Ok lets see if I can describe this...

What is mod vBulletin.org uses to distribute other modifications? You know, the one where you get all the info about a mod your about to install, mark it as installed, nominate for MOTM, always stays at the top, isn't like a normal post, has comments below it... I hope someone knows what I'm talking about. lol
