I have problem in my forum

and

I go to CPU_EXCEEDED_LOGS in Host Cpanel and view .log file

see alot of this error

what about this erorr ? and How do I fix this problem ?

So, what that message is telling you is that it took .38 (about 4/10s of a second) to load your forum index page. That could add up if you have a very busy forum. It could be somewhere else, like using the search functionality. You might want to try getting rid of any unneeded (fluff) plugins you have -- or all of them for a time and see how much of an impact that has. You could also start by turning off AJAX functionality on the board. That may be a quick win for you as well.
