Changing links nav bar

Hi

this is shown on the my nav bar.

User CP Blogs FAQ Members List Calendar New Posts Search Quick Links Log Out

Can some one guide on how to go about modifying the code to replace some of the links with a new hyperlink e.g. replacing Members with Downloads.
