Where is the Arcade Menu in the Admincp

I can not seem to find it. I reinstalled it and all and can't seem to find it. Can someone enlighten me what I seem to be doing wrong?

go to admincp and if you installed arcade right you will see new menu "arcade" on left side

verify if you uploaded all files to /includes/xml/ there's the navigation included
