What plan would you select?

Ok, my forum: 40,000 members - 15,000 threads - 42,000 posts... peak online users 2000~ average online users 500~
Forum uses lot of attachments (all in db) - 10 mods... that's about it.

What server would you select from these:

With 2000 online users a VPS will for sure not be enough.
