I am looking for Custom Thread Rating system

I would like either a 5 or more point system per criteria. 10 would be best i think

I would like to have Categories to rate the thread on.

In Our case it will be Rating the thread on the Owners vehicle.
We would like to have the following Categories (All rated 1-5 or 1-10)
* Body
* Engine Bay
* Interior
* Boot/Stereo
* Wheels
* Comments : (Optional but preferred)
* Overall

I want these rankings only visable to Admin and 1 user group, which rankings I believe can already do.

How hard do u think this would be. Can Anyone help.

Im sure this can be adapted to many other forums too for other topics
