Stupid Question -> Username in Template

Though I have a link in my VB which sends the User out of the page, but requiring Username and UserID I would like to know, how I can use the Username and ID in that link.

For the current userid/username of the browsing user you use:

$bbuserinfo[username] and $bbuserinfo[userid]
