buttons instead of simple navbar

hello again,

i create a new style and i need some help of you.

i want to change the look of the style. i should like to change the navbar with buttons.
my question is how can i realize that.
the buttons should have a rollover effect and the buttons are centered.

how can i realize that with css or html or what ever?
