How do I ....

Is there a way to send notification posts to one forum when someone makes a thread in another? As in what I mean is, I have a section that a moderator must verify the thread before it can be posted. What Im wanting is a notification to be posted in my "admin/mod" hidden forum section, where admins and mods may only view it, so that you dont have to log into the cp to check it.
