Modernbill Integration

Sorry if there's something about this already, did a few searches and didn't find anything really.

I was thinking of how useful a mod to make forum/modernbill accounts be linked or have a modernbill account created when you create your forum account would be, especially if there are public paid services involved (that are outside of forums).
