Top 20 users

I was wondering if there is a way that I can put a top 20 list on the forum homepage that displays the top 20 users that I type into fields somewhere?

I don't need it to show the top 20 posters, just users that I type into some form.. Is this possible?

It needs to be able to be easily edited as and when users change rank.
