Calendar "Time" Fields
 

Hello. I have searched for the answer, and could not find anything. Does anyone here know if it is possible to make the Time fields on the calendar optional? Everything that I post to my calendar is a multi-day event, with no specific start and stop times.

Maybe by commenting out the code on the template?
Worth a try. Could always undo it if it doesn't work.

Not quite. In calendar_edit
I commented out the table cells in the 2 areas that set hours with

<!-- HIDE

END HIDE -->

Now you can't see them.

That still brought up the error message that triggers becuz as the settings don't show up you don't fill them in. (select from dropdown OR write in yourself)

I tried also putting // HIDE PHP
for the php code lines for these boxes

But the error message still comes up of course.

I got as far as the PHRASE that comes up - the blocker message is called calendarbadtime

Anyone more than a baby hacker like me to take this further?
Then maybe we could create instructions how to hack it.
