Second Navbar, how to move ALL from first
 
Hi there,

I recently modded to add a second navbar as shown in this image.

What I would really like to do is be able to move all of the stuff in the TOP bar, the out of the package navbar to the lower navbar and switch it up.

However, I cannot figure out how to do that.

Has anyone done anything like that before?

I have tried copying and pasting code between the two and am able to move some things from the top bar down, but I cannot move anything from the bottom bar to the top bar.
