RSS Feed from Bugzilla to vBulletin
 

Hi,

Hopefully, this is an appropriate forum to start asking...

I'm trying to automate posts from a Bugzilla RSS feed. But when I try that link in vBulletin, I simply received errors like "mismatched tag" (which I don't think is exactly the underlying cause of the issue).

Note, the Bugzilla and the vBulletin are both internal use only with separate logins/pw's.

If anyone has any idea what I should start looking for or tweaking into, whatever heads up would be very much appreciated!

Mismatched Tag sounds more like an XML error to me. Do you have an example of the RSS feed XML? Does the feed source open correctly in IE/FF?

I can't give a link since it's internal but when I use the link on a browser, it works fine. It only gives me those errors in vBulletin. Also, I looked around for a mismatched tag but didn't find one and since the Bugzilla RSS link works normally, I can't figure out what vBulletin isn't liking.

Now, I think it's that Bugzilla is putting out an Atom feed and maybe that's not supported by vBulletin? If anyone has any workarounds, I'd be ecstatic to know :)
