FLV Videos in a thread. How do I do it?

I am sorry if this is in the wrong section. For the life of me I can't figure out how to post a FLV video in my forum. Is there any way to get it to display a thumbnail of the video like the YouTube mod?

Expanding on that... I took photopost and added youtube like support auto converting video formats servers side to FLV.
