Authenticating user application easily?

Ok, I have my forum set up so that ALL registrations must be authenticated first..... Is there a mod or something out there that allows me (or other admins) to see a list of users waiting for approval, without going into admincp? I want to be able to see users etc, or at least the number of users waiting for approval from the default forum root page

Any suggestions welcome!
