Hello

I am looking for send PM to new users

I found it for VB2

I am using 3.6.5

can some one help

This is a default option in vB - not sure if it is in 3.6.5 but in 3.6.8 it is - goto vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Welcome Private Message
