Can I warn members about a "rouge"
 

I thought I would check first before exposing the member in question.
I have been ripped off to the sum of $650 by a member here,who offered services via PM. Basically the work is very,very poor and it has cost me extra time and funds(paying someone else to sort out the mess he made.)Also alot of the work paid for still hasnt been done.
I wanted to warn other members here so they dont also fall foul to him.
I have all the details and evidence to back this up.

Please advise weather I can post the details and members name here, or maybe do I report to the admin here?Either way members need to be aware.
