importing email pop, convert to thread

Hello all, I've been searching through the forums for the past several hours trying to find if somebody created a modification that allows you to configure a pop email address and have the email in the mailbox converted to threads posted at your forums, with the content of the email posted in the first post.

Does anybody know if such a modification exists?
