Where can I fix this?
 
I'm having an issue with long bits of code.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm looking in the Style Manager -> Size and Dimensions but I'm not seeing anything.

Where else would I look to control the width of the scroll bar?

your CODE box has a fixed width of 640px .. changing this to % will only cause display problems as it will not be compatible with some browsers
