version search for hacks/mods
 
I am having a new forum setup that is version 3.6.8 and have spent a great deal of time sifting through the 3.6 section for compatible hacks. Is there a way to filter the search to only show hacks/mods that will work with 3.6.8? If not...can someone make it possible?

No, it's not possible, nor is it likely to be anytime soon.

Even if you could filter on the version, it's still not as helpful as you may think - one labelled 3.6.3 will most likely to work on 3.6.8 as well (but not necessarily).

so the only way to know if it is compatible with 3.6.8 is to install it and see?

seems it ought to be easier :confused:

Usually if there is a problem in an addon due to a vBulletin version, someone will post about it. Scanning the Addon Thread should tell you if there is a known problem with a new vBulletin version.
