Cannot Install Styles

For some reason every time i try to import an xml for a style everything looks as if it installs but nothing happens.
I upload the files import xml and nothing
VB 3.68 patch 2
Vb advanced 3
Any suggestions?
Says default css updated..
Only default style is listing.
