Remove formating, copied images, headers, but not links
 

When users copy-paste texts to your forum, the will also paste the formatting in their post. This can include images located on someone else their server. Downsides:
- eating their bandwidth
- allowing the host of the image to see who your visitors are
- if the source of the images moves or deletes the image, then you are left with a blank space
- the picture may be disproportionately big
- pictures may include advertising

This can also include headers & fonts. Downside:
- disproportionately large headers or fonts

I would really like a solution / add on to disable this.

Copy - pasting links should not be disabled since this is often used for pasting cross-forum links.
