ibProArcade doesn't support utf8 encoding?

ibProArcade is a great add-on but it doesn't support utf8 encoding usergroups in admincp and none-latin username, game names on frontend appear as "???". since ibProArcade doesn't use much ajax features, it shouldn't be too difficult to make it supporting utf8 better...
