After adding a hack forum is slow

HAi some one please help

after adding this usergroup legend https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=153331 hack my forum is so slow it dosent load i uninstalled it still the same and it is showing me stop running the script it is not responding can some one please help thankz a lot
