How do i find the codes for Usergroups Field.

Founds the code at here(given by WhaLberg), but i place the code in postbit_legacy it cant work,

Where 2, 7, and 8 are usergroup ids.

What should i add in "your stuff here", anyone can help me?

and it become like -> Groups: "TheGroupYouAreInNow"

can someone give me a full codes?
