Trouble with Forum Width when not logged in
 

Hello everyone, this might be an easy fix but i have been up all night (13 hours now) trying to fix this little problem which is now driving me crazy, here it is

when im logged into the forum, it's perfect, the width that is, the option MAIN TABLE WIDTH OR PERCANTAGE is set to 82%, which is how i like it. see below

But when you log out, everything becomes 100% in width and spread Full screen, and i cannot figure out how to fix this, any help would be appreciated - i can also pay someone via paypal to fix this.

To better understand my problem it might help to see it live, you can visit my site here www.undergroundhacks.com/forums you should see what im talking about immediately, there is a big difference from not being logged in and being logged in related to the width, please help me, Thanks in advanced.

You making it set pixel width instead of a percentage, and get the same thing?
