Submit new thread to forum of user choice
 

I would like a "submit new thread" that will give user an option to post it to any forum (drop down)/or multiple forums at a time.

http://localhost/upload/newthread.php?do=newthread&f="X"

Only when posting the new thread, this should give an option for which forum to post.

Let me also know if there a mod already for this.

And it might not be trivial, due to permissions, what if a user selects a forum they don't have permission to post in, or what if there are different permissions for smilies/html/bbcode per forum etc, if the user changes the forum selection, the page would have to refresh, to load the new permissions and correctly display the post form.
