No admin accounts!

Someone hacked into our boards and changed all Admins to registered users.

Is there a way to get back into the control panel and fix this?

Run tools.php by uploading it to your FTP of the site

From your vBulletin zip that you originally installed your vbulletin with. You can find it in the folder that says "do not upload"

And there always has to be one account that has admin privileges
