Trouble Ticket System

i thought there was one already made for vb 3.6.

just a trouble ticket system. a forum acts as the trouble ticket area. when new threads are posted inside the forum, its like a trouble ticket.

if its made already please post the link to where it is. thanks.

What makes a thread into a trouble ticket for you?

user can post a problem...then the ticket will be queued into a review area where it can be escalated by priority and so on. like a regular trouble ticket system that are on webhosting sites or whatever.
