disclaimer on specific forum

I have a small local forum and a classified section for an automotive club. I just had an issue with a registered user not complying with the sale terms as he posted. I was wondering is there a mod where you can have them accept or deny terms before they can see the thread? that way we would not be held liable and they will be agreeing on sales etc...
